Shuffle is Broken!

This is so annoying,

Everytime I play my "songs" playlist it only shuffles up the latest 20 trakcs based on how the playlist is sorted by, so for example if I sort the playlist by artist name, the only songs it will play are artists that begin with A or numbers and I do i by date added it only plays the most recent tracks.

That's odd. We'd like to gather some more info. Can you let us know if this started happening after a specific update or event? Also, could you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

Give it a try reinstalling the app and see if you're still experiencing the same issue. Here's how.
