Playlist Help

so here we go

I started using spotify on my phone about a year ago. Over that time, I made a playlist of about 35 songs. Later, I installed spotify on my computer. I noticed that my original playlist was still on my phone, but hadn;t transferred to my computer. It wasn;t a big deal, so I left it alone and made a simiilar playlist of my computer. With this, I had 2 playlists: one on my computer, and one on my phone. Afterwards, I decided to try and sync the two by uninstalling the app on my computer and reinstalling it. This led to me losing the original playlist on my phone, and me seeing my second playlist (the one I had made on my computer.) Is there any way I can get my first playlist back? Thanks in advance.
