Spotify not launching

So I recently had a very annoying problem in Spotify and I find myself not able to see spotify launched. First I opened Task Manager and I found a spotify app running in the backround I tried to close it and open Spotify after that I went to Spotify's and opened spotify_new to get it working. It worked but after some updates It's not working again.

I can't seem to find any other solution on the forums here so I went to write it. If any of you have/had that problem please tell me how to fix it.

After going back and forth with @SpotifyCares on twitter, the solution that worked for me was to delete the Spotify folder in "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming" and "\AppData\Local" , and also the folder where I put the Spotify cache

After this I could reinstall Spotify
