Do any spotify developers visit this site? Help with missing preferences menu - Windows 7

Greetings - i truly need some assistance from a spotify windows developer 🙂

I have been having provlems with Spotify Menus on my windows 7 64bit SP1 and I believe that if a developer was reviewing it would be an easy fix. Specifically, my edit menu only shows "delete" with some menu separator lines (and no preferences). This makes it nearly impossible to use effectively.

It appears as if the menus are build dynamically, and for whatever reason my File, Edit, View and Playback are missing entries. When I go back and install version 0.9.15.27 THEY WORK FINE - however, after I upgrade to 1.0.15.133 they are broken, and, every update after that they are broken/missing entries.

I have posted before and here is a link to my info/screen snips. This sould be easy to solve with a developer. Perhaps my .net isn't up to date, or ???. Please assist.
