a deinstall not possible and error code 17!

After i updated Spotify 26.01.2017 I couldn't start it anymore. Then i tried to deinstall it, but that wasn't possible. It gets only stuck in the "deinstall process"! I have tried the safe mode thing, but it didn't work too.

Can someone please help me?

After going back and forth with @SpotifyCares on twitter, the solution that worked for me was to delete the Spotify folder in "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming" and "\AppData\Local" , and also the folder where I put the Spotify cache
