Spotify randomly crashes and I get a BSOD which forces my computer to restart. It usually happens after several hours of playing but it is not consistent. This has been going on for a few months and I have not posted here in hopes an update would fix it. I have searched the forums and the internet but a lot of the post that I find are old and not relevant. I have a Windows 10 Pro build, with a clean install a few months ago. Windows defender is running (no other virus scanner). I have used windows and other applications for a while without any issues, it never crashes. I have definitely narrowed it down to Spotify being the culprit. Wethere this is a lower lever problem in the OS I am not sure but I do know it only crashes when Spotify is running and playing music.

Samsumg SSD 850 Pro.
Spotify (premium) version 1.0.45.186.g3b5036d6

Anyone else having similar issues recently?

nvlddmkm.sys is a problem with Nvidia drivers. I thought they were up to date but I was wrong. After my last post I updated them and its been almost a week without any crashes.
