How to keybind skip song while not in client?

Hi, most of the time when I'm playing videogames I have Spotify running in the background playing music. I know if you CTRL-Right Arrow key it'll skip a song if you're in the Spotify program while it's running, however I was wondering if there was a way to do the same thing but while in another window (it takes forever for my PC to switch tabs)

Bonus if I can also do the same thing to go back songs.
