Windows Cliënt does not play song while android does!

I use Spotify Premium a lot.

I've installed it on my computer (windows), my laptop (also windows) and on my android phone.

Certain songs are not available on the desktop cliënt, whilst being in white text, and playable on the spotify android app.

For example: I wanted to listen to "Van Canto - Fear Of The Dark".
On my desktop cliënt, the song gave the following error message "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it."

Why can my android phone play this song and my laptop and desktop can't?

Please help me with this issue, it happens at random with random artists and it's very annoying for when I want to listen to certain songs and I have to switch to my phone to listen to the song.

Hopefully there's an easy solution to this.

If we may, could you or have you reinstalled Spotify? Usually that fixes a lot of errors!

I did not expect this to work, I will also reinstall spotify on my laptop.

Hopefully this will also fix the problem there.
