After further investigation, I've found out that it does not happen to songs in my playlist or library. I also deleted everything on my phone but that did not help. The "Dance Party" playlist is where it happens. I can add a song from that playlist to my library and the song in my library won't end prematurely but if I listen to it on the playlist it will. Doesn't matter if I have the song downloaded in my library or not it still plays fine. Any song in that playlist will end prematurely for me.

While using Spotify on my PC it will end one song early about 1 - 2 minutes before the song is supposed to end and go to the next song queued. It will complete this process over and over. I have disabled the crossfade and reinstalled the application. I've run C-Cleaner. I even deleted the files in the App Data Folder. I even disconnected my mobile devices. Nothing works I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64 bit "Activated" i7 6700k. And yes I am a premium user.

Same problem here, with the same playlist...
Some songs not start at 00:00 and yet ends early.

I think that somehow the playlist have some internal error.
