Error Code 17 - Can't uninstall or reinstall

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help!!

- I have downloaed Spotify, it errors on install (ERROR: 17)

- It is displaying in add/remove programs but I can't uninstall it "You do not have sufficiuent access to uninstall Spotify" > This is displayed even when I'm logged in as an admin.

- I can't repair the install in add/remove programs

- The .exe won't launch as admin, same error. (ERROR 17)

I have tried changing the owner permissons, thats hasn't worked either.

Please help me remove this from my machine!
