2 Different premium users through same speaker / delete connect device

Hi,

I logged in once on the portable pc at a family member , and connected with their Bose system through connect.

When i login to my spotify on any device ( PC , Smartphone , Playstation ) i get the notification that that family member is playing music on the Bose device.

But the weird thing is , that they're playing music with the use of their own login !

I've already tried :

- Log out on all devices

- Changing password

it keeps happening , and i'm getting tired of it...

if anyone knows to fix this , i'll thank you kindly !
