App shows wrong song

Hey, could you please help, my spotify desktop app has started showing wrong songs in the bottom bar some time ago and the pause/play button is also bugged, which means i can't even pause the song playing. Any idea what could be causing it? Should I reinstall the app? Thanks

I have the same issue, both on my home laptop and at work, the app just loses track of the songs playing after a few songs, and no - I usually don't have both computers running when this happens (which is something that I saw suggested in some other thread)

This is kinda annoying and I hope it could get resolved...

Same for me on my android phone. I get wrong song on my notification tab (at the top on the phone) like its stuck on the first song I play. Heeelp!
Ps. As you can see in photo, current song is The Good Things and not Dr.Dre

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I'm thinking uninstall - reinstall will probably fix it.
