Is it possible to move a playlist I imported from another source in to my library? I usually listen to my music by shuffling all songs but I have added some albums that are not on spotify and i would like to be able to listen to them mixed in with all my other music.

Hey, @david89a -

You can import your Local Files into your library by the following steps:

Open Spotify and go to Preferences.

Scroll down to Local Files.

Any files in My Music, Downloads, and iTunes folders are automatically selected. Switch off any sources you don't want Spotify to access.

Click ADD SOURCE to select another folder from which Spotify can access your personal music files.

To add them in your Mobile Platform, follow these steps:

Import your local files to Spotify using the desktop app(The steps above), then add the files to a playlist(You can create one).

Log in on your mobile or tablet using the same WiFi network as your desktop app.

Select the playlist containing the local files.

Switch on Download.

Thank you 🙂
