&lt;P&gt;I don't think any ad would care about your settings. At least it's not something I know about. Do you get the same thing in the &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_self"&gt;web player&lt;/A&gt; as well?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest you to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_self"&gt;reinstall your Spotify client&lt;/A&gt;. Also, install &lt;A href="https://www.malwarebytes.com/" target="_self"&gt;Malwarebytes&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="http://www.superantispyware.com/" target="_self"&gt;SuperAntiSpyware&lt;/A&gt; (preferrably both) and scan your system, maybe some adware has seeped in.&lt;/P&gt;
