Under Settings&gt;Music Quality I see Download options on both my <STRONG>iPad</STRONG> and <STRONG>iPhone</STRONG>. However, on my <STRONG>Windows (10) PC</STRONG> I only see <EM>Streaming</EM> options. Do not require "extreme" (near lossless) but would like to download and play high bit rate tracks offline on Windows desktop. Not available there? Set default already higher on PCs? Info/guidance much appreciated.
