Are you able to go into the Edit menu &amp;gt; Preferences, scroll down to click Advanced Settings, and check where your Offline Songs Storage folder is set to?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would suggest creating a new folder on a drive of your choice, and change the location to point to that folder.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how you get on!</description>
