      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure anyone can help but when ever I try to open up spotify app on windows 10 it just comes up with a black screen with the only thing visible options are file, edit and view. I reseachred it and I have done everything other threads have mentioned&amp;nbsp;but nothing has worked. I have also uninstalled and installed spotify numerous times and nothing, its been nearly two weeks now and still isnt working any help will be truly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tufayl&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem. I've followed all of the suggestions I could find including manually removing spotify. Updated video drivers, and disabled hardware acceleration. This is really frustrating without any support number to call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
