Hi,

I'm not sure anyone can help but when ever I try to open up spotify app on windows 10 it just comes up with a black screen with the only thing visible options are file, edit and view. I reseachred it and I have done everything other threads have mentioned but nothing has worked. I have also uninstalled and installed spotify numerous times and nothing, its been nearly two weeks now and still isnt working any help will be truly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I've followed all of the suggestions I could find including manually removing spotify. Updated video drivers, and disabled hardware acceleration. This is really frustrating without any support number to call.
