First of all, sorry for my english, I'm spanish so I don't speak it as well as I would like.

I have a problem, well I would say a big problem. I don't know if it has been solved before here, because I get lost reading and looking for so much.

Well, the volume of Spotify is so low. I mean, the volume of all programs and software works perfectly, but Spotify sounds so low. I can't even hear the music if it's not 80% or above of volume. I have uninstalled some times, trying changing options, but I can't fix it. I have Windows 8.1, on my iPhone works great, and on my brother's Android too. So I think it's a Windows problem, but I haven't found anything yet on the internet.

Can someone help me? So sorry if something isn't writen correctly.

Hello there,

Have you checked the volume mixer of windows when Spotify is playing ? Is it set at the same level as other sources ?

ome half a year ago sound was normal in maximum level, but now its too low ..why?

cache memory i deleted!

i tried to reinstall spotify aplication

i cheked equaliser and changed some settings, of course tryied to change anything in my spotify aplication settings, but nothing helps

i checked settings in my Sony Xperia Z1 (android) phone too...

...Sony phones have very goog earphones, very good! ..?!!

my friend as premium member with Iphone uses spotify too and have same problem

what else we can do?

I have the same problem since the app downloaded aotmatically last week. The volume is too low

I got the same problem, low volume since the last update on windows 10 store. Sound is too law why?
