Hi there, I just figured it out. Go into Lenovo Settings app, click the Audio settings icon, disable Dolby. It somehow tries to figure out what you are doing so as soon as an application window goes into focus it will "optimize" for Voice calls. It doesn't seem to work to disable automatic settings - I had to disable Dolby altogether.

Thanks, works when I really disable Dolby. Didnt find the way how to keep Dolby on for all applications running on top (to keep better sound with Dolby). But helps to keep the same volume, thanks!
