Playlist custom description & image not changing

Hi there,

I have a tedious little problem with Spotify for the PC. I have a few different playlists and gave them each names, descriptions, and custom images from my computer all ostensibly supported by Spotify (JPEG format and all that). I can change the title, description, image, and songs in my playlist freely, but when I close Spotify and reopen it, the changes to the description and image don't show up. Instead, I just see the previous image and description.

I've noticed a few things about my problem. Even though the image changes do not show on my playlist directly, if I choose "make public" and look at the image from my user page, the image shown is the new one. It also looks like my Spotify mobile shows those changes as well. This issue seems limited only to the description and images and only occurs directly on the playlist on my PC.

Simply put, I want the changes I make to the details of my playlist to be visible to me. I tried restarting my computer, made no difference. I'm not computer whiz so I'm not clear on what other steps could be taken, but if I don't solve this problem soon then any help is appreciated.
