Can't get past login, desktop app freeze

Reinstalled it three times, only seem to be one desktop version, no betas or 64 bit version.

There seems to be nothing else to try so please help me out, when logging in it just becomes grey and nothing happens.

It's funny you posted this as I actually just had the same issue this morning too.

For me it turned out I was using the wrong credentials, I was entering my password wrong, after entering them correctly it logged me in.

Just double check you are using the right details, and I will send this issue off to the right folks so they can check it out.

Huh that's weird, well it worked. I'm guessing this is a bug because crashing the program because of a faulty password is not great user desgin lol.

This is a bug for sure, I've sent it off to the right folks and they'll take a look.

I also have the same problem but have tried everything, nothing is working and i get stuck in the frozen screen above, any idea's on how to fix this issue?
