&lt;P&gt;Please try this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure that Quicktime is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If still having issues, you can try a clean reinstall:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Go to %AppData% in the file explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Restart your computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/download" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Reinstall Spotify&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Playlist Suddenly Empty</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All my playlists I created by importing my iTunes playlists are suddenly empty. They were working fine yesterday. When I load the iOS app they show fine and play, but Windows shows empty. I uninstalled/reinstalled with no change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My other playlists are working fine. Just my iTunes ones are showing as empty. No quicktime issues. Already did a full uninstall/reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
