Hey @Tsumera

I suggest you to try going to %Appdata% on your file browser, and deleting any Spotify folders in Local and Roaming.

Note: You'll find yourself in Roaming after entering %Appdata%.

After you've done this, restart your computer, and then try installing Spotify.

Sometimes present program files might be causing issues when you try to update the program.

Let me know how it goes 🙂

My Desktop Spotify freezed on me after an update so I uninstalled the application then when I tried to re-install it this error showed up.

The installer is unable to install Spotify because the neccessary files could not be created. (Error code: 13)

I'm on Windows 10. I've tried using an older install and it works but I can't update it.
