I have had a similar problem. While playing around with it, I tried using the fullscreen function at the bottom right. Although the issue persisted, pressing escape to return to normal windowed mode seemed to fix the other issue, and it fit my larger screen again. Hopefully that works for you, too.

I have two monitors, and it fullscreens on the second monitor, however when I switch the window over to my first monitor, it seems to cut off everything except what it would be on my second monitor; as if its resolution is set to my second monitor. It cuts off everything on the bottom right.

Heres a screenshot of the monitor its bugged on: https://gyazo.com/3eba3fad2977f98c16121ab70e81badf

and the monitor it works on: https://gyazo.com/383e938251d3aaeaabbc3fda1f2ead3d

It has been like this for the past couple months.
