    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you download them on your phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see the songs in your playlist from your phone greyed out it means you didn't download them to your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The way i did it is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Upload the music files to the "local files" on spotify(I assume you have done this)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On the desktop app put select the ones you want and drag/add them to the playlist of your choice( I made a playlist called download so i just use that one)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Now on your phone turn on download&amp;nbsp;for the playlist that has the songs you just added from your desktop.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if it worked&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to play some of my local files on my phone and I've followed the instructions but the song won't sync to the phone. I've marked the song to download on my computer and when I try to bring it up on my phone it says the song can't play because it isn't synced&lt;/P&gt;</description>
