This is what I'm getting fir ALL MUSIC:

"this song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it."

All music is blocked. What does this mean? Any ideas?

Sadly it looks like that album has been taken off of Spotify. This could be for many reasons, which you can find online. It is not just you. Hope this helps.

Yes Rfrakes try clearing your cache on Spotify there are multiple ways you can do this, the way I do it is going into This PC>(C:) Drive>Users>[Your user name] (ex. Jeff)> AppData>Local>Spotify>Storage and then delete all the file folders in storage and this worked for me. Although this does delete all your downloaded content, but when you open Spotify up again you can just redownload it.
