Cortana Not Responsive to Playing Certain Songs

Hi Everyone,

I like playing music with Spotify most on my Cortana Harmon Kardon Invoke; it just sounds better than my Google Home and Amazon Echo, but...Cortana does a inconsistent job of understanding what songs I wish to play.

While on Google Home and Amazon Echo, requesting a particular song by a particular artist works perfectly, when I use the same enunciation and wording on Cortana (even when it's based on the command skills from Microsoft's FAQ on Cortana), she tells me "I Can't find that." I just don't get it.

Is this a Spotify issue or a Cortana issue or both?
