[Windows 10 App] How do I launch Spotify using a shortcut or hotkey -- where is the .exe?

I used to launch Spotify by using a keyboard hotkey. However, since switching to the Windows 10 app (from the official app store), I can't find a working .exe to point the hotkey/shortcut to.

I found this: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\SpotifyAB.SpotifyMusic_1.73.345.0_x86__zpdnekdrzrea0

But this doesn't allow me to run spotify.exe or spotifylauncher.exe; I receive a permissions error, despite being full admin.

Please advise on how to create a shortcut that can be executed to launch Spotify Windows 10 app. Thank you!
