Hello @JaHap and welcome to the Spotify Community!

You can try launching Spotify from a command line using:

%APPDATA%\Spotify\spotify.exe --disable-accelerated-layers --disable-accelerated-fixed-root-background

If you aren't familiar with how to do this, easiest way is:

- Press Start.

- Type "run" and hit return. You should get a little "Run" dialogue.

- As long as your Spotify is installed in the default location, copy and paste the command above into the box (clear whatever is in it first).

- Press OK. Spotify should launch.

If nothing changes, also make sure to have graphic drivers up-to-date.

Let me know how it goes!

A couple weeks ago the trouble started. Sometimes spotify doesn't want to load my search and took like 5 minutes to load. The song that played wasn't always up to date at the downside of my screen. Now 2 days ago the spotify screen stayed like it was but the music kept playing, after some time het spotify screen turend black and I can't do anything. I restart my computer a couple of times and now I only get in the waiting music and nothing else will load. I think it has nothing to do with my computer itself because all the rest is working fine.
