Specific albums not playing (Local Files)

I want to import the soundtrack for a game I recently bought, we were here too. Upon setting up the local files so the songs appear, the tracks won't play. I reinstall Spotify and try again. Still nothing. Other local files and other game OSTs still play. Just this one is having problems. Is there some hidden copyright system preventing me or is it just a glitch, and if so, how could I fix it?

I also tried putting other songs in the same folder as the OST, and those songs play, but still not the OST.

For some reason when I download the song on my phone, I can play it, but not on PC. Switching the song from Phone to PC crashes Spotify (PC side). If my phone can't connect to PC, the OST won't play. This is by far the weirdest glitch I've yet to encounter, ever.
