Have you checked if your phone is switched to&nbsp;silent?</P><P><STRONG><EM>E.G. iPhone users have a switch on the left side of their phone which can mute/unmute the sound.&nbsp;</EM></STRONG></P><P>2. Check the phone's sound settings.&nbsp;</P><P>3. Check if your phone is connected to a speaker.</P><P>4. If you are using computer - again check the sound settings. Open volume mixer and check if Spotify is muted.</P><P>5.
