    <description>&lt;P&gt;1. Assuming you have a smart phone... Have you checked if your phone is switched to&amp;nbsp;silent?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;E.G. iPhone users have a switch on the left side of their phone which can mute/unmute the sound.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check the phone's sound settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Check if your phone is connected to a speaker.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. If you are using computer - again check the sound settings. Open volume mixer and check if Spotify is muted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. This seems to be a 1 in a million "Volume case" that probably no one else has.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a Spotify Premum user, and whenever I open my playlist it shows the volume bar, but whenever I click on a song it goes blank and I am unable to turn the volume on. All my songs play silent. I have tried clearing cache, restarting, everything..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
