      <description>&lt;P&gt;On my desktop app,&amp;nbsp;the volume and the quality lowers/weakens when Spotify isn't my active window.&lt;BR /&gt;If I click to another application, the volume lowers and I lose the "richness" of the song; lose the base and mid, like it's being played without the base and mids enabled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It’s to do with your windows settings. You want to disable the audio enhancements and it’ll fix the issue. I fixed mine and my boss. We were having the same issue.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
