Help I Can't Install Spotify! (Error Code:17)

3 days ago i'm listening music with my Spotify on PC. Spotify every 15-20 secs stopping the song. And i decided to re-install the Spotify then i deleted the Spotify. Aaand when i install again it's showing me the error code.

"Spotify couldn't started.

Error Code:17"
