Changing playlist artwork issue

Hi there, I'm having trouble changing my playlist cover art. I know this issue is everywhere on spotify community forums but i've tried many of the recommended solution but they have not fixed the problem.

Ever time i change my cover art, i wait for the green bar to reach the end and click save, yet the artwork does not change.

I've tried changing the cover art in 'secret playlist' mode, i've logged out and logged back in and reinstalled spotify numeous times but these do not work at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right now i'm experimenting with different image formats and any fornat suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (so far png and jpg formats have not worked).

Hey @Adredan and @Gabriel_Lai

I just tried changing the playlist image on one of mine, it worked. It's probably some client-side error that you can eliminate by reinstalling the program. 🙂

Try this:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.

2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming.

3. Restart your computer.

4. Now reinstall Spotify.

About the image: Spotify supports an image file that's in .jpeg format (.jpg) and bigger than 300x300 pixels.
