Random music change

Hello,
I have a big problem with Spotify. Sometimes it just changes my music to a random one. I know that if the playlist is over, random musics gonna appear, but it's just like someone else using my account. Because the music is still playing, and all of a sudden stops, at the next moment it changes for a totally random one. The creepiest thing is that ,the volume is randomly changing too! It's just really annoying, and sometimes I'm terrified, it's like a ghost using my phone... or my computer. Cause it happened to me when I used Spotify on phone or on the computer. I think someone just "connecting" to my device or to my account I don't know how, but it's really, really annoying.

Please help!

Hey @Winthlown, welcome to the community!

Just to make sure your Spotify is safe, let's try heading to your Account page, and clicking the "Sign out everywhere" button. Also, try updating your password to be on the safe side.

This should take care of these odd changes.
