      <title>I CAN'T INSTALL SPOTIFY</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I've had this issue for a really long time and yet nobody has given me a solution. Everytime I download the SpotifySetup form the webpage and try to open it a window appears saying: "&lt;SPAN&gt;Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had the full installler (the old version) and it would update to a newer one but next time I wanted to open the app it wouldn't launch. I'm desperate, please, help me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
