    <description>&lt;P&gt;I kept getting the error that my Spotify wasn't connected to the internet, even though my browsers and all other online functions were working.&amp;nbsp; So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.&amp;nbsp; Now, when I enter my credentials and hit Log In, all the options become grayed out and nothing else happens.&amp;nbsp; I know it's not the login information that's bad because it's working on mobile.&amp;nbsp; What can I do to remedy this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try checking your anti-virus or firewall settings to make sure you haven't made any restrictions that are preventing Spotify from connecting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, change them to allow Spotify to access the internet. That should do the trick.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
