    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all, #spotify&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since 2 weeks ago I start having this problem. I star my playlist and ALL the musics start cutting all the time, like more than 10 times each sound. I already reinstalled the program, but did't fixed this problem. &lt;P&gt;Please let me know the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. the Spotify version (the three dots upper-left - Help - About Spotify)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Premium or Free membership&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. the operating system of your computer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I suggest checking if your antivirus or similar program is scanning Spotify streams or blocking something. &lt;BR /&gt;A few AV's do that which have resulted in audio dropouts for some users. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also try reinstalling Spotify - &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_self"&gt;check here&lt;/A&gt; on how to!&lt;/P&gt;
