&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You get this message when a song is not available for streaming on Spotify. It means, if you have the song &lt;STRONG&gt;on your computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; (e.g as a mp3) you can import it for playing it through Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For this, you have first :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- To set Preferences ... &amp;gt; Edit &amp;gt; Preferences&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- In the section &lt;STRONG&gt;Local Files&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; : Clikc ADD A SOURCE : - define a folder where your mp3 are saved on your computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Once it's done the folder Local Files (under &lt;STRONG&gt;YOUR LIBRARY&lt;/STRONG&gt;) will show all your mp3s available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- You can now play these songs as any other songs on Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a windows laptop and i have tried to fix this problem, but i keep getting a pop up saying this song is not available, if you have this file you can import it.
