    <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to log into Spotify in Windows 10 I am unable to successfully log in. I enter my correct account credentials and even after 5-10 minutes of waiting the application remains at the log in screen. My guess is that the application will remain indefinitely in this state unless the user closes the application or selects settings and returns to the log in screen (which resets the log in screen). When I hover my mouse over the email or password fields my cursor turns into a red cancel symbol. The log in with facebook button is also broken, so when selecting, I receive no feedback from the client. The application still remains responsive through this entire ordeal, so I'm not quite sure what the culprit is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Troubleshooting Steps Taken:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset computer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried logging in on with/without an active VPN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleting and re-downloaded the spotify client for Windows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows Environment Details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edition: Windows 10 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version: 1703&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Build: 15063.966&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor&lt;/P&gt;</description>
