Windows player isn't working

My player isn't working on my laptop: http://prntscr.com/j7beqf

Song aren't recognized, and skip because of it.

I'm not offline and my internet connection has no issues.

I've also tried to log out and in again and even unistall the player and install it again.

Nothing works.

The app is working fine.

This notification sometimes reflects audio driver errors as well as the client itself being buggy. These issues are easily solvable. 🙂
I recommend trying out the following tips:

Reinstalling Spotify:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.
2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Install Spotify.
