These issues are easily solvable. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recommend trying out the following tips:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reinstalling Spotify:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.&lt;BR /&gt;3.       <title>Windows player isn't working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My player isn't working on my laptop:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://prntscr.com/j7beqf" target="_blank"&gt;http://prntscr.com/j7beqf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Song&amp;nbsp;aren't recognized, and skip because of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not offline and my internet connection has no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also tried to log out and in again and even unistall the player and install it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
