Hey @ChavatteCaro

There are two things I can suggest you to try. One will clear out Spotify from potential program file errors. The other method can help too as this error may pop up when there's something wrong with the audio device or driver.

Reinstalling Spotify:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.
2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Install Spotify.

Reinstalling the audio driver:

Check out this Microsoft article.

Let me know if you have more questions! 🙂

Spotify won't play songs

The problem is quite simple. If I for exemple want to shuffle a certain playlist, I press shuffle but Spotify keeps picking different songs without playing them. It just goes down the list and at the end I get a notification that the songs I want to play are not available.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
