well for about 5-6 years ago i used to have a facebook untill problems showed up within school so i deleted the facebook and now my spotify name is just a bunch of random numbers

Hey, @PhoenixTV -

The random username(username showed as a bunch of random letters and numbers) is just a way to keep in track of user data on Spotify, so you won't have to worry about it 🙂

However, your real username(@PhoenixTV) should be visible to others and able to be found by just searching your username;

If you want your Facebook username to appear on your profile, you can connect your Facebook account with Spotify.

thing is the account is already connected to my old facebook which is deleted so idk how to connect my new facebook to it

Also, you can contact Spotify Support through this contact form so we can help you migrate your old account data to the new one.

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
