Web Player Won't Open

Hey--

I'm having problems with the Spotify Web Player not working, and it seems to be different from some of the other threads on here. When I try to open the web player, the page goes black and nothing ever appears. Less than 12 hours ago it was working fine and I've never had an issue with it before.

I'm running Windows 10 and the latest update of Chrome (66).

I've tried:

Running a virus scan
Updating Java
Completely wiping my browser history/cache
Restarting my computer
Using a different browser
Incognitio Mode
Told the app on my phone to select the web player
Turning off my pop-up blocker extension

Might anyone be able to help?

I am also having the same problem. I have premium so paying for a service (although the web player is free), but not getting to utilize it is frustrating. Hope it's just an issue that Spotify is working on right now. . .

Same here! Yesterday it was doing the same but finally I got it to work, today, nothing. It's hopefully something spotify will remedy soon.

they just fixed the error refresh the web page with F5 + SHIFT
