Home Screen Is Blank - Windows Desktop

In the past couple of days when I start Spotify on my desktop my Home screen is completely blank (see image). I have disabled hardware accelleration, and everything else I can remotely find online to resolve the issue, to no avail. Any other suggestions?

Windows 10

First of all have you tried to reinstall the app ?

I did try that but it didn't seem to help.

When I started up Spotify this morning though, the Home screen was working fine. I had done nothing different since the last time I was using the software, so not sure what happened.
