How is there still no consolidated place for notes like these? I'm using Android and Windows.

Seems like Spotify keeps changing things every week but I don't have any idea what changed except for seeing my UI shuffled around with no real changes of substance.

I'd like some reassurance that time is being spent on things that actually matter.

This is one of my largest issues with Spotify. A professional development team should allow their customers to see the change log, and there has not been a valid reason provided by Spotify as to why this is not done. In my opinion, especially as a user who prefers to keep informed of changes and upcoming releases, this is critical. It allows us, as customers, to understand new features and make the most of the product that we're paying for. Spotify does well overall, but they still need work in many aspects of their communication.
