Hello

(i'm french ; not sure to have a good english...)

I had Spotify and it work perfectly.

Three days ago, I probably uninstall a program. After that, Spotify said "can't find connexion"

I read I have to uninstall and reinstall Spotify.

I uninstall it.

I download SpotifySetup (711 ko) but it says "Error 52".

I read I have to do a clean installation.

I downloaded Spotify Installer (35 651 ko) it says "Error 101"

I tried to restore the system but it doesn't work.

I tried to install without antivirus and with no firewall ; it doesn't work.

I tried "SpotifyFullSetup" (61 748 ko). I enter my mail and password (good ones, I can't connect on the site) but nothing happen for 3 hours...

I can go on internet, Google, Youtube, anything...

Someone could help me ?

Try to download the Windows 10 Spotify app. It's the same program like from the installer.

I tried but it didn't work.

Hopefully, the "April's Windows Update" solved the problem !

How are you connected to the internet? Ethernet or wifi?

Maybe it helps if you update your wifi/ethernet drivers trough the device manager

Ethernet.

But all work now - windows update solved my problem.
