Spotify kills my Internet connection

i have had this problem for some time now.

Every time i start Spotify my Internect connection dies within 30 Seconds.

Iam Using a Killer Xeno Pro network Card. Apearently these two dont like each other.

I have tried reaching out to The support, but as far as i remember nothing came out of that.

What can i do?

Do you happen to have a different desktop you could try using to see if it's related to this specific network card?

Also, let's make sure Spotify is set as an exeption on your firewall and antivirus before trying again.
