Devices not showing up

None of my external devices will show up.

Have 1 HP laptop that's hooked up to the stereo and another HP laptop and a Samsung andriod phone that I use as controllers and none of them are showing any of my other devices. Ever since a few days ago I can't see any of my other devices, theres nothing there. Tried reboot everything, uninstall-reinstall, nothing works.

HELP!

When I click that link I just get a red box that says "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." Is there another way to see what it says?

We can't access that information! Can you do a snip it so I can listen to music again.
