Spotify doesn't work after windows 10 update

Hello Everyone,

I have a issue about new windows10 update. After this update spotify doesn't work. It's starting like normal but the application doesn't give any view so I can't do anything.

Trying to find a solution this problem I have installed the older version of spotify (2016 version) and its started work but something missing I think, again I try to install latest version of Spotify I got same issue.

Hi,

You can get Spotify from Windows Store now.

Try to install it from there.

If that doesn't work, just reply here and I will provide with further steps to help sort this out.

I have exactly the same problem on my laptop, where did you find the 2016 version of Spotify?

It's an issue with hardware acceleration
